Contract:

•By using the content created by CP Virtual, you agree to the following:

1 - You are hereby granted permission to use and redistribute the CP Virtual products free of charge. You cannot, however, make it available through your site or in a redistribution CD without prior consent of CP Virtual or the authors, in order to guarantee that you have the latest version.
2 - You are not granted permission to sell, re-sell, redistribute for profit or include CP Virtual products on any compilation CD, disk, tape or other distribution media for sale or profit.
3 - If you want to redistribute on CD or on your site, then the Readme files of each content and the names of the authors must remain intact and included at all times. CP Virtual may eventually have authorization to use other third-party contents, in which case, has indicated in 'Additional Credits', you must ask permission to the authors of that content.
4 - By using this, you agree in not publishing images that could cause a negative impact on the image of CP Virtual, CP Comboios de Portugal, EP ( Portuguese National Railway Company) and railways in general - for example: train crashing, infrastructure with grafittis, etc...
